  • Customized Orders Are Non -Refundable customized items as they are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.

  • Exchanges Only : company may allow exchanges for a different size, color, or design, but only if the item is  defective or not as described.

  • Company Offers Only One Time Exchange To Customers .

  • Clear Communication : The Company may require that you communicate your intention of customization to the  management staff clearly. no refund of advance payment will be made if client don’t like its described customization. Compan y is not responsible for clients described customization.

  • Proof of Purchase : A receipt or proof of purchase may be required to initiate an exchange.

  • Defects and Errors : If the item is defective or the customization is incorrect according to the sheet provi ded by the management staff, the company usually offers exchanges or replacements at no additional cost.

  • Time Limit : customization of article is done a time limit provided by company usually varies according to customization of the dress.

  • Cash Refund Shall Not is entertained.
